TERMS OF SERVICE

  • You must be at least 16 to buy a commission from me, this includes YCHs.

  • If you are on or affiliated with anyone on my blacklist then you do not have permission to commission me.

  • I have the right to decline any commission if it is out of my comfort zone, though you are free to ask any questions about things I will draw beforehand.

  • Payment is made upfront. Payment can be made either before I start the commission or after I send you the sketch. This is only to prevent potential scammers. I don’t give refunds unless it’s an emergency.

  • The final product may be posted online to promote my commission work. You have the right to ask me not to.

  • Do not rush me if the commission is taking longer than normal to complete. Usually I finish a commission in 2 days up to maybe a week, however if anything comes up in my personal life that takes up my time/ability to draw then it may take longer.

  • I only take payment through Cash App, PayPal, and Discord Nitro, any other form of payment will not be accepted.

  • If you are planning to post your commission online then I request that you ask me first. Please make sure to also give proper credit.

  • What you do with your commission afterwards is up to you, however you may not redistribute it, claim it as your own, or attempt to remove my watermark.

  • If you purchased a custom design then you are free to redesign it to your heart's content, as long as it still visually resembles the original design. Do not claim my designs as your own and do not sell them than more than their base value, unless you have purchased commissions of said design. Personal artwork does not add to a character's value.

  • The complexity of the character you'd like me to draw may impact the price of the commission. Fur patterns, physical form, and accessories all impact the price. I will discuss this with you if I feel that the price should be raised.

  • Any additional characters are 60% of the original price.

  • I can draw humans but with an additional 20% of the original price due to the fact that I find them difficult to draw.
